How the three plans differ beyond price
The monthly plan at AED 49 is priced for flexibility rather than maximum savings. It is the right choice if you have never used the service before, if you are testing a new device, or if you simply prefer paying in smaller increments. The six-month plan at AED 199 and annual plan at AED 349 are priced to reward commitment, working out to a lower effective monthly cost the longer you commit.
All three plans access the same channel lineup and the same stream quality tiers. You are not paying more for a better service on longer plans, you are paying less per month for the same service because you are prepaying further in advance.
What happens the moment you subscribe
After you confirm your plan and payment, we ask for your device type so we can send the correct app recommendation and activation details together, rather than in separate messages that slow things down. Most customers are streaming within half an hour, though it can take a little longer if your device needs a less common app installed from a sideloading method.
We do not require you to create a separate account on a website; activation happens directly through the details we send and the app you install, which keeps the process short.
Renewals and what to expect near expiry
We send a reminder before your plan is due to expire so your channels do not go dark unexpectedly. If you want to renew on the same plan length, it is usually a quick repeat of your original payment. If your viewing habits have changed and you want to move from monthly to a longer plan, tell us before your current plan expires and we will apply the new plan cleanly.
If a renewal reminder is missed and your plan lapses, message support and we will help reactivate your account as quickly as possible once payment is confirmed.
Multiple devices on one subscription
A standard subscription is built around personal household use, generally understood as one primary stream at a time unless you specifically arrange a multi-device option with support in advance. If your household regularly wants to watch two different channels on two different TVs simultaneously, tell us before you subscribe so we can advise honestly on what is realistic for your plan.
Trying to stretch a single-stream account across several simultaneous devices is one of the most common causes of buffering complaints, so it is worth being upfront about your household's real usage pattern from day one.
Cancelling or pausing a subscription
Because plans are prepaid for a fixed period rather than auto-billed monthly in the background, there is no ongoing subscription to actively cancel the way you might with a credit card-billed service. Your plan simply runs for the period you paid for, and you decide separately each time whether to renew.
If you want to stop before your current plan period ends, there is no further action needed on your side. If you are unsure whether your plan is still active, message support with your account details and we will confirm your status.
Changing devices mid-subscription
If you buy a new TV, switch from Firestick to a Smart TV app, or replace a lost device, your subscription itself does not need to change, only the app and login details on the new device. Message support with the new device type and we will guide you through moving your access over.
This is one of the more common support requests we handle, and it is usually a five-minute fix once we know the new device model and the app you plan to use.
Why we do not offer a free-for-life tier
Some IPTV marketing promises permanent free access in exchange for referrals or advertising exposure. We do not run that model. Every plan is a straightforward paid subscription because that is what lets us maintain consistent server capacity and respond to support requests reliably, rather than prioritizing whichever customers pay indirectly through ads.
If you want to try the service at low cost before committing, the honest path is the monthly plan or, where available, a short trial arranged through support rather than a permanently free account.
Subscription length versus your viewing calendar
Choose plan length around how you actually watch, not around a sales pitch. A household that only cares about one tournament might stay monthly. A family that watches Arabic drama weekly and football most weekends usually saves money on six-month or annual billing once a test month passes.
If your work contract in Dubai is uncertain, monthly billing matches that reality. If you own your setup and know your Wi-Fi is stable, longer plans remove renewal friction and lower the effective monthly cost shown on the pricing page.
Payment confirmation and activation records
Keep a screenshot of payment confirmation and note your activation date in your phone calendar. When renewal season arrives, those two details prevent guesswork.
We do not auto-charge a saved card in the background. Renewal is deliberate: you choose to pay again when the reminder arrives. That model avoids surprise bills but also means you must respond to reminders if you want uninterrupted access.
What a subscription does not include
Your IPTV subscription does not replace home internet, does not include a Firestick or Android box unless you buy one separately, and does not cover commercial display in a café or gym. It also does not guarantee simultaneous multi-room streaming unless agreed with support in advance.
Confusing IPTV with ISP service is a common first-time mistake. You still need Etisalat or du (or equivalent) delivering stable bandwidth to the room where the TV sits.
Moving from another IPTV provider
If you are switching providers, uninstall old player apps or remove old playlists before entering new credentials. Mixed logins on one TV cause more support tickets than actual server issues.
Run your first-week tests on the monthly plan even if you were happy with a previous seller. Different providers behave differently on the same Firestick, and a cheap annual prepayment to a new seller without a test week is a frequent regret we hear about on WhatsApp.
Household admin: who owns renewal
Pick one adult to hold payment screenshots and expiry dates. Split responsibility causes lapses mid-season when everyone assumes someone else renewed.
Add support WhatsApp to that person's phone labeled IPTV renewal—not a generic TV guy contact lost among marketing spam.
Subscription and visa uncertainty
If you may leave the UAE before a year ends, monthly or six-month billing matches that uncertainty better than annual prepay. Unused prepaid time is not refunded—plan length should mirror how sure you are about staying.
Subscription vocabulary explained plainly
Activation means your account is live and credentials work in the app. Renewal means paying for the next fixed period—there is no background auto-billing. Upgrade means moving from monthly to six-month or annual before or at expiry.
Expiry is not punishment; it is the end of the prepaid window. Set calendar alerts so expiry never surprises you during a live match.
Shared logins and family misunderstandings
Sending login details to a cousin in another emirate often causes both households to buffer. Separate subscriptions cost less than the frustration of shared peaks.
Within one home, teenagers on phones plus parents on TV need honest simultaneous-stream expectations confirmed with support upfront.
Corporate cards and household billing
Some expats pay IPTV from personal accounts even when employers cover telecom. Keep subscription receipts separate from company phone bills to avoid renewal confusion when you change jobs.
Subscription access is tied to credentials, not employer email—update WhatsApp if your UAE number changes.
Subscription paperwork you should keep
Store payment screenshot, activation date, expiry date, app name, and device model in one phone note. Future-you during a router swap will not remember which player held credentials.
When handing IPTV to a spouse, share that note—not just the password.
Renewal timing around travel and visa runs
Expats often travel for summer or visa renewal without cancelling IPTV because prepaid time simply expires if unused. Set expiry reminders before long trips if someone stays home watching.
Renew a week before expiry if you depend on evening sports—not on expiry morning when support queues spike. Early renewal does not forfeit remaining days when done through official WhatsApp confirmation.
Changing jobs or phone numbers does not auto-transfer subscription. Update contact details so renewal messages reach you in month eleven of an annual plan.
Switching devices mid-subscription
Replacing a Firestick or moving from Samsung app to Apple TV does not require a new subscription if you still use one household login. Message support with the new device photo so we send the right player steps.
Factory-reset old devices before gifting or selling them—clear app data so credentials do not travel with the hardware.
